What
is Kinesiology?
Kinesiology is the new wave of therapy
treatment sweeping the country that
is being embraced by many as a real
alternative to traditional treatments.
Kinesiology is defined primarily as
the use of muscle testing to identify
imbalances in the body, to establish
the body's priority healing needs
and to identify corrections that will
put the body into strength and balance
using a range of manual and non-manual
therapeutic procedures.
Kinesiology
applies a range of gentle yet powerful
healing techniques to improve health,
wellbeing, and vitality.
What
is Muscle Testing?
Muscle testing is where a muscle is
used as an indicator to read or test
the following:
>>Structural
Strength
>>Response to Thought
>>Response to Actual
When
a muscle indicates, it turns down
(usually) and the limb (e.g. arm)
will move to indicate a change. This
gives a therapist a physical sign
that the body is responding to the
stimuli (e.g. thought of a specific
emotion).
The
muscle can now be used to search for
stresses and corrections (which strengthen
us against the stresses) needed to
balance the body.
Muscle
testing is a method used by chiropractors
to find stresses in the spine and
body.
The
interesting thing is muscle testing
works just as well on mental or emotional
issues, finding the precise limiting,
life depleting thought, feeling or
belief.
With
kinesiology, you are empowered because
